Upon deletion, your profile, videos, and social data will be permanently purged from our servers, except where retention is required by applicable law.

Upon deletion, your profile, videos, and social data will be permanently purged from our servers, except where information must be retained to comply with legal obligations or other applicable requirements.
05 Children's Privacy
ChitChat is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 years of age.
